Calgary Kids' Summer Adventures: Free Clubs & Activities

Three children running outside during summer

It’s summer, and your kids are out of school. While your kids might appreciate all the free time at first, it can get boring after a while. Research also shows that kids can forget some of what they've learned over the summer break. But if a child engages in intermittent structured learning, they often show improvement in retaining what they learned through the previous school year.

With that in mind, now is the perfect time for your child to join a club or group that provides learning opportunities, structured activities, and chances to engage with other learners. Plus, it gets them out of the house and off their phones for a while.
